Life is hard enough with work, kids, school, and just the normal everyday routines. We live in such a fast-paced society; there is pressure to be rich, successful, educated and beautiful. One thing that I have learned the hard way unfortunately is, celebrate your victories no matter what they may be.

We all have goals in life: lose weight, get that promotion, finish school, not matter what it may be, when we accomplish our goals we must reward ourselves. I like to either take an extra-long bath, cook a nice meal with my family, go out to a nice dinner or maybe even have a glass of wine.

I just spent the last four years getting my Bachelor’s degree, with two small kids a husband and a full-time job; it has been a rough road. The day that I finished school I went out to lunch, came home and took a long nap that was well needed.

My whole point in this is, there is nothing wrong with being proud of yourself and even if you are by yourself CELEBRATE and reward yourself. In the long run, it will make you feel more accomplished and more secure about where you are going in your life.

  1. I’m so proud of you Breanna!! You worked your butt off and accomplished your goal. You are an inspiration to all of us in your life. It’s hard enough to just take care of a family, but to work full time, take care of a family and go to school is such a great great accomplishment!! You deserve to celebrate all that you have done
