Get more sleep

Like exercise, sleep is beneficial for the mind and body too. It can help reduce stress, increase energy, and rest your mind and body for a full reset. Getting more/enough sleep will help you maximize health and happiness as it will help to offer energy for daily exercise, increase focus at work to help achieve your goals, and more. 

 

It is advised to get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep every night. Everyone is different and has their own sweet spot. Find yours and ensure you get enough sleep every night for a sound mind and happier self.
