A “fad” diet might help you lose weight more quickly, but such diets often starve your body of the food it needs. Achieving a healthy weight gradually through a permanent diet is better in the long term.

Pay attention to your senses.

This is an important piece of advice for people of all ages. We’re prone to damaging our eyes with computer screens and our ears with loud music in this modern society.
