Photography and writing stir my soul. For me, the two go hand in hand. The majority of my poems have begun with me going out in nature and taking photos. When I’m editing those photos I start to think about how I felt taking them, what meaning they have to me, and the words start to flow. I am a Professional Life Coach with certifications in Therapeutic Art, Happiness, Shamanic Life, and I’m also a certified Relationship Workshop Facilitator. I love helping people. I’m also a published author. My first poetry book, Soon Enuff, was released last summer. I’m a nature freak, yogi, and mother to 5 beautiful grown kids. I spend my free time outdoors as much as possible.

Using apps to change your reflection I’m as guilty as the next person, I’ve used them, lots of times, it’s hard not to.  Those apps that remove every line, every blemish, every scar… but to what extent do we become someone we’re not?  We can’t stay 20, we can’t just never get crows feet, or laugh lines, we age, we all do, why has it become a trend to hide it?
