Practice Self-Love with These 10 Affirmations

We’re taught a lot of things growing up, be kind, be a good friend, share, if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all… but did you ever hear, “be kind to yourself”, “love yourself” or “accept yourself”?

We can be so hard on ourselves sometimes. We would NEVER talk to people the way we talk to ourselves. We kind of just do it unintentionally. We make a mistake and call ourselves, stupid. Or we’ll make negative comments about our body. Don’t be a bully to yourself. Practice these 10 affirmations daily – and watch your life change.

I am more than a body.

I choose to be grateful for who I am and what I have.

I choose to see my struggles as opportunities to grow.

I am worthy and capable of amazing things.

I am at peace with my past, I embrace my present, and look forward with an open mind and gratitude.

I am grateful for each learning opportunity. I choose to accept my journey with unconditional love and understanding.

I matter, my life matters, and what I do matters.

I choose to make decisions based on love and not in fear.
