An Open Letter to Those with Soft Hearts

The world can be hard, cold, and unjust sometimes please don’t let it turn you to the dark side. You have a light, unlike anything anyone has ever seen. Those sticks and stones may have left papercut scars on your soft heart, but your heart still yours and no one can take that from you.

An open letter to those with soft hearts.

You are not alone.
We may be a rare breed, but we’re here living life with tender grace, and leather for skin just like you are.
We’re a small club, but no less feisty or fearless.

An open letter to those with soft hearts.

You’re probably wondering how I know all about you, and that answer is an easy one.
I have a soft heart too.

So, to all of you with soft hearts out there, I am here to tell you that you will be okay.

You and your heart will not only survive, but you will thrive.
You may not think someone with a soft heart is made for a world as rough as this one, but you are; you are stronger than you think you are.
