Dena Daigle
Much like her hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana, the story of Dena Daigle is truly one of survival. Her words are a testament for those with the strength to persevere, that the beginning of a story will not define its end. Dena was born to be a writer. There is no question about it. She is a woman with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a burning desire for life. She writes with a warrior’s heart and a lover’s passion. As the ink begins to flow, she becomes one with the universe, spilling from her soul the pains of an inner child lost in the wilderness of an unforgiving world, and the joys of a woman embracing her Goddess within. Dena Daigle is a powerful voice booming from her poetic words in a society that has long tried to silence women like her. She knows these truths and has made it her mission to share them with the world…one sentence at a time. – Clyde Hurlston

Rebecca Schultz
Rebecca Lynn Schultz is a freelance writer and poet from Chicago, Illinois. She holds a bachelors degree in education, and had the privilege of teaching English, Literature, and Journalism. Although she enjoyed the academic atmosphere, the love for both creative and nonfictional writing moved her out of the classroom. Writing has always been her passion and artistic outlet. Her poetry can be poignant, with a focus on relationships and a compassion for humanity. Her most important job is being a mother of three and she can always be found with a book or pencil on hand. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
Ashourina Yalda
Ashourina’s love for writing started from a young age, always being one to doodle words on school books and paying most of her attention to her English teachers. She has a background in law and dispute resolution but spends her nights writing when she has spare time, in between playing Mum to 4 kids. What inspires her to write is the desire to send out hope and love into the world. She finds inspiration to be one of the main things we need in our daily lives, and of course, coffee too. Ash spent her whole life in Australia and made the leap 4 years ago to the U.S!
